As an HR manager, you are asked by the company CEO to identify HR competencies that are critical for success in a global economy

Answer the following questions …

1. What type of HR competencies are required in organizations to compete effectively in today’s global marketplace?

2. What are implications of the HR competencies you identified relative to organizational strategy and management practice?

3. How can HR develop HR competencies necessary to achieve organizational success and high performance in the workplace?

Properly format your reflection so I can clearly discern which section of the post you are addressing and it does not appear as one long paragraph. The use of section headings is highly encouraged to organize your reflection.
