You will prepare a 5-7 page paper APA format, no abstract.  You will identify the constitutional question(s) raised in the case,  present both sides of the case and the Supreme Court’s decision, explain  the Constitutional significance / how the decision changes American  Law, and give your personal opinion on whether the case was correctly  decided, and why or why not.

The topic I will be focusing on for my final paper will be Nieves v. Bartlett. I will discuss the case, how it affected past and current laws about it, and any opinions I have on it and how it affects our current laws pertaining to it.
