As with any purely theoretical basis, implementation in real life may require adjustments. Select one of the theories demonstrated in the media this week (either humanistic, experiential, or emotional focused therapy [EFT]), and consider the challenges you may face when integrating this theory with your own theoretical orientation. Then, think about how you might mitigate these challenges.
