Discussion (GROUP)

Discussion Board questions must be answered thoroughly. Must be APA format, answer thoroughly, must have at least two verifiable legitimate sources, per each discussion post. words need both Due by Sunday September 8, 2019. By 9am EST. 15 hours.

The person used for this discussion will be David Pekoske the TSA director and interim DHS director.

1. Work as a group to select one current recognized public safety, military, or public sector leader that will be utilized for this week’s written submission. Take into account the availability of open source information, and research material when selecting your leader.

2. Provide a definition of leadership that you believe your selected leader would define for themselves. Utilize the leader’s own words if available.

3. What is your leader’s philosophy on leadership?

4. Give specific examples of the leader facing a challenging or negative situation and how they displayed leadership to overcome those situations.

5. Only this week’s facilitator (week 3) in your group will submit the above in writing by Sunday 8, 11:59 pm under the Assignments Tab – Group Discussion Facilitation.
